TranslateAble Named Finalist in Three Categories at the ATC Language Industry Awards 2026
We're delighted to share that TranslateAble has been named a finalist in three categories at this year's Association of Translation Companies (ATC) Language Industry Awards: Company of the Year, Team of the Year, and Sustainable Business of the Year.
The winners will be announced at the ATC Gold Awards Ceremony on 22 October 2026 at the voco Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow, part of the ATC's landmark 50th anniversary conference.
Why this recognition matters
The ATC Language Industry Awards celebrate the language service companies and teams driving genuine operational excellence across the UK industry. Being shortlisted in three categories reflects something we've always believed at TranslateAble: that being built specifically for the events industry, by people who have worked inside it, produces a different calibre of result.
What we've been recognised for
Company of the Year recognises businesses that stand out across people, innovation, resilience and growth. Over the past year, TranslateAble achieved strong revenue growth, expanded our network of language professionals to 144 globally and launched a first-of-its-kind multilingual stand staff service to help exhibitors convert international buyer conversations into business, all while maintaining a 97% client satisfaction score and 96% retention rate.
Team of the Year celebrates teams that go above and beyond for their clients and each other. What sets the TranslateAble team apart is our deep understanding of the events industry. We love that our clients say that we just ‘get’ it!
Sustainable Business of the Year recognises businesses embedding sustainability into people, planet, profit and purpose. In 2024, 98% of our onsite jobs were delivered using local interpreters and technicians, reducing carbon emissions, supporting local economies, and keeping client costs down. Find out more about our approach to ESG.
What happens next
We'll be heading to Glasgow on 22 October to celebrate alongside the rest of the UK's language services industry as part of the ATC's 50th anniversary celebrations. Whatever the outcome on the night, being recognised across people, team and sustainability in the same year is something we're incredibly proud of.
