TranslateAble Re-appointed to {10-11} Carlton House Terrace's Recommended Supplier List
Following {10-11} Carlton House Terrace's 2026 supplier tender, TranslateAble has been re-appointed to the venue's recommended supplier list.
{10-11} Carlton House Terrace (1011CHT) is home to The British Academy. It is a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse in the heart of Westminster, and it reopened in November 2024 after a £9.6 million refurbishment of its event spaces.
It continues a relationship that began in 2023, when 1011CHT became TranslateAble's first venue partner. Since then, both teams have worked together to help organisers make events at the venue more accessible, inclusive and welcoming to international audiences.
A venue that takes accessibility seriously
1011CHT has set out to become one of London's most accessible and inclusive event venues. Its work so far includes:

British Sign Language training for the venue team
hearing loops in every event space
a Quiet Room available to all guests
a dedicated online Access Guide for organisers and guests
